Exhibition: …in the everyday

Third year students from the Master of Art program at UNSW Art and Design (formerly COFA) are holding an exhibition at the end of June. What I’ve seen of the work so far is varied and highly engaging: I’m looking forward to seeing the rest of the students’ work as much as showing my own.

The exhibition is from Thursday 18 to Saturday 20 June, at the UNSW Art & Design campus in Paddington.
Full details on Facebook. The group show is titled Thresholds, and the series I have on show is called ‘…in the everyday’. The slideshow samples the images on show, which are looking great printed up large, superbly as ever on the Pixel Perfect Lambda printer.

Thanks go to the teaching staff:

  • Rebecca Shanahan in her first semester at UNSW A&D: indefatigable and completely engaged with every student. Check out her Interzone collaboration on Issuu.
  • Gary Carsley, who’s bringing an increased focus on current industry practice to the program. Gary’s work for the 2013 Hazelhurst Art on Paper Award blew me away. It’s been a pleasure to work with him.
  • Mike Barnard, who with limited time was able to improve everybody’s projects with patient and insightful advice.

Here’s a shortcut to the photos as posted on flickr.
